PH1 Artists: Satellite Artist residency

I’m very excited to be working with the artist and writer Stevie Ronnie as a satellite artist to his Timeslips residency at the New Schoolhouse Gallery, York. This is part of a wider ACE-funded residency programme called PH1: Artists in Place. All I will say for now is that it’s been a very interesting experience so far, and I’ve learned a lot about the lesser-known parts of York’s present and past, and about art, writing, artist books, bookish art, and the tangled relationships between them.
